I seriously hope it was Srippe that was logged in and wrote the above.....otherwise Rob and Greg might be jealous.
I got so excited when I saw 160 people had viewed this post and 10 had replied already! How exciting! Then I read the thread and it is the same 3 people. Well, except for a couple of other wonderful people who are coming. Thanks guys - can't wait to see you there! Now da**it - people other than Ron, Rob and Jimpo boy respond! This is going to be a terrifically good time - I GUARANTEE IT! What more do you want? And, no, I'm not referring to the nudity...... Love you All! Ron's non-type AA Frau
I don't usually have a problem getting there, but I don't always remember leaving or getting home. Steph, congrats on your newfound posting ability. We always knew you could do it! EDIT: It appears that this place is in the Brewery building, on the NE corner of Woodall Rogers and 35. Finally found it on Google maps. Now I can get there.
Stephanie, We will be there early, and then off to a 50th Birthday/warehouse party for my company estimator/right hand man Bubba. Thanks for planning it!
yes, you know about them Highland Park kids and warehouse parties, now it has spread to the parents too!
I was thinking of inviting the group, since I know the warehouse owner, but didn't think the drive to Garland was worth it for most.
Rob, Can I be a Moderator for this thread? I will sanction all thread hijackers, if that's what it takes to keep this on topic. No more warehouse party talk, or we're stacking up F-Chat demerits. We will start at Bikini Thread bans, and go from there. Carry on
Thank you dear, much more tactful than me - NO I'M NOT TYPE AA! I just couldn't understand why you guys wanted to chat about old men and warehouses instead of hot chicks and hot cars. Go figure.......... No offense Phil, you may like old men.
How in the heck do you think we each get thousands of posts!?! Certainly not by staying ON topic. Geez, such a rookie at 4 posts. What do y'all think about the Mavs trade today?
You keep that up and I'm going straight to the "I saw a Ferrari today" page and messing it all up. Is that what you call Ferrarichatting?
I was acutally one of those HP "kids" that got busted I didn't start drinking until the age of 26 so I was probably the only teen there that was sober and got released immediately. The warehouse was called the Bomb Factory and it was for a house of pain concert. Boy...you guys are bringing back some memories for me.
Mmmm I can invite some Camaros and Firebirds if you want some of them to show up. Your choice though. They aren't exactly a luxury/exotic crowd, but they're mostly a bunch of 30 and 40 year olds.
I appreciate the offer, but it would be nice to stick to collectibles and exotics. There are some great collectibles in both models you mentioned, but hard to weed out the more recent and non-collectible cars. There is no age limit to this event.
Oh, and when I said no age limit, I meant, 30-40 year olds. Although the locale is family friendly during the day, there are no children's activities planned, so it would be best to leave the little nippers at home.
Yeah, I can definitely understand your decision there. Besides, if I/we show up in a Camaro, it's nice to be the only one there.
You know for about 18 months you had the SPECTACULAR title and permissions of 'Race Team Sponsor'. All those benefits to access the "secret" world of FerrariChat.com and yet you never logged in, all that is history now. At least you are better than Greg, his goal is to say something to get banned every time!
