    Vasco,

No worries! Today was pretty much a vintage car spot day for me (with the exception of a really nice DB7 Volante on Bloor/Bay). My spots included:

    The aforementioned Dino 246GTS
Red XK150 (two spots up from the Dino)
    White Excalibur on Bloor
White Rolls Phantom V on the Gardiner going Westbound.

The owner of the yellow 246 is Morry (owner of Collector Studio). He & I spoke at length about the car. He purchased it from a fellow in Kansas who did a full body restoration (paint totally stripped, all nuts & bolts done). This fellow, who has 8 other vehicles, spent a considerable amount above market value on the car in order to win 1st place overall at a major concours. Once he got his Platinum Award, he sold the car to Morry. The car is spectacular in my opinion. Morry drives it about 3 times a week (in his words) so I'm glad to see one of these wonderful pieces of rolling art isn't becoming yet another trailer queen. He hasn't tracked it but isn't scared of taking it out for a spin. I say well done Morry!

My old man's F430 Spyder arrived last week and I was bombing around in it at the cottage in Muskoka on the weekend. Man what a machine!! The sound is incredible, and I must say it turned a lot of heads!! I'll post some pics when I get a chance to take some, I forgot my camera for the weekend.

Ryan, that is sweet. What color did you get? That 430 is just beautiful.
How is the F1 compared to the 360? Any noticeabe difference?

Hey Rick, Its red on black. To be honest, I've never driven an F1 360,.. only the 360 Stradale - which I think is the newer version than the normal 360. The F1 in the F430 seemed to be exactly the same as the Stradale.. certainly no noticable differences.

I'll try to post some pics as soon as I can, hopefully later this week. Keep an eye out for it in the Newmarket area, liscence plate "F4Thirty".

    cheers.

And you keep looking in your rear view mirror for a red/blk TR up there as well. I would love to see this color combo. I live 15 minutes south of Newmarket, blast up the 404 almost every weekend early morning for a run. If your around this coming Sat morning PM me, we can meet up for coffee up there.

I saw the same pair, in the same location,a little further south on yonge...yellow diablo, burnt orange? new style corvette...around 12:45. That Diablo sounded pretty quite didnt it?..surprised me, I was expecting more of a loud, gutteral snarl.Looked like an earlier model Diablo too, still very nice though!

In and about that area.I usually blast up at 7am to Davis, do a coffee with a few freinds who have a few cars and then blast home. Usually Sat or Sunday, pending weather of course and the F1 race. If its race day or qualifying day I go after around 10am
