And I saw the Stones in September about 2km's from my house with 80,000 other people, so I didn't bother spending another 100$ to see them again at a much smaller venue

 

Stephan says there were be 23 million people the first day last year ... I'd be worried

 

Oh I forgot to mention the black Bentley Continental GT I saw at Loews Hotel Vogue at 8:30 this morning. Hopefully i'll keep spotting interesting stuff as I am not a big fan of being awake, let alone having class, that early in the morning.

 

LOL Christian is the one who told me there were 400-500 people before opening day inline waiting to get in... I wouldnt want to go Openign day with such a huge crowd!

 

Ryan, I was last in Ottawa just over two years ago and experienced part of the city with new colleagues. I'm no gourmand (spelling?) but I would recommend the Thai restaurant at the Byward Market, which has several restaurants which you may want to consider. Mind you, I have no idea of what's recent, but I will email a colleague of mine in Phoenix with whom I am in regular contact. She may be able to recommend something since she was there only a couple of months ago.

Sorry Vasco, at 300$ a pop, I don't think Keith Richards needs little ole me to contribute to his drug...err...I mean retirement fund. Last good shows I saw was The Tea Party and John Paul Jones (ex-Led Zeppelin for you youngins...), and both were in small venues.

Plus I got some overdue maintenance on the 308 this winter...such as (ahem) timing belts.

 

Went last night to see the Stones in Montreal. Check the photos from my hidden camera(pictures strictly verboten, under penalty of death!!!). Their music sounds almost as good as a 12 cylinder Ferrari at full throttle. Life doesn't get any better.

Oh and I forgot to mention I spotted a SL600 with a "SS" and Renntech badge, I doubt if the owner really got the car modified because it still looked stock and i've seen the same care many times before.

If you are looking for a great steak place with good Italian Wine, try Luxe Bistro in the market or the Empire Grill which is at the other end of the block from Luxe. If prime rib is big, the try Fridays Roast Beef House, it is 1 block north on Elgin. Lots of good spots in the market.

 

I really enjoy Ottawa...unlike MTL you guys have Hot dog vendors on the streets...they are damn good...TO has damn good ones too....i think we dont have them because of some stupid food health law...anyways go sens go....

 

i saw this on the way to york u this morning...there were actually two of them side by side, facing each other...same exact colour, style everything...but when i took thsi picture there was only one...lets just say someone bought the other one lol...

theres also a red 308 and a yellow 360 stradale with the same racing style...the 360 actually has motorola written across the top and has 2 yellow (i think) racing seats inside of it or they could be red...its a dealer right down the street from where i live in woodbridge....they got some really nice cars in there...i peaked in one time when they closed, they got everything from classic ferrari's to new monsters....

Also i saw that aston martin again near jane and wilson....thats like the 5th time i've seen in that area...its a blue db7...oh and a red viper rt/10 last week in sauga....

this is a dealer in woodbridge...the dealer's name is Daytona Inc....if u really wanna see them, u can just drive by them in the summer, they always put them out, infront on the lot...the dealer is right on hwy 7, at 7 and kipling...

like i said, i know for sure theres 2 355's a 308 and a 360...but i dont know if theres anything else hiding around there...

Okay, the most recommended restaurant was Chez Nam, on Booth Street. It's a Vietnamese place and apparently it's awesome!

 

It says they are his dads cars. And if I'm not mistaken the picture of the car in Florida is him on holiday?
