It was ok ... I'm not as thrilled as Christian ... lol Perhaps because I already saw and heard most of the nice cars out in the wild. I wish we could have gotten a better look at the Cayman, but it did look even weirder than in pictures. Looks like the windhsield isn't tall enough. Gallardos were stunning. Even moreso than the Roadster Murcie. The 2 Elise looked like fun as well. Pleasantly surprised by the 2x Continental Flying Spurs ... very long and imposing car. Love the Toyota FJ. Like the Saturn Sky as well. One piece of advice about the GM booth/room ... run for your life! The cars pretty much suck ... a grey Vibe, a silver G6 ... yay. And there are as many reps as there are cars ... all bored to death (literally heard 6 of 'em saying "damn, I'm bored ... well .. let's just walk around ...") and jumping on the poor lone souls who entered the GM booth "have you heard about our Autoshow special? It's 1% off ... and you get a smiley face sticker". errr ... nope, I just want to have a look at the 3 concepts you brought, sit in the Saturn Sky and check out the SSR. Just run for your life, do not breather, do not slow down. reco : sit in the Audi A8L if you can ... it suddenly becomes clear why Audi is strong and GM is down ... lol The Ford GT Gulf blue looks amazing.
were you guys able to sit in any of the pcars this year??? last year they had a 997 carrera available to the public...
a 997 and a 987 Boxster. This year all the cars are behind a barrier, exactly how it was with the strolls collection last year. I was looking foward to sitting in a Cayman.
might as well throw out what i saw then... I just got home from the airport, i saw the new m5 (blk on blk) and an m3 (blk on blk) side by side in the garage....the plate said "MY M5" the other "MY M3"..... Oh oh, guess what plate goes with what car? lol Later,
saw a gallardo/murci not sure, it was merging from the 401 to 427S at around 530ish on the 19th i was shocked as hell to actually see an exotic on the road

Talked to a Ferrari Reprisentitive at the Autoshow. Asked him if Strolls FXX had arrived at FoQ yet, appernetly it should be here sometime this week. So who will be willing to go everyday this week to see when it arrives!?!?

I caught a good break in the weather this morning and put about 100km on the 308 before the snow/rain came. The roads were clean and dry and I took the opportunity to give the car a real 'Italian Tune Up' while partaking in some very spirited driving. Did'nt see anything of note in my travels though.
