Hi everyone, I am trying to gather some more information about a 550 on sale on AutoTrader. Apparently this is a Japanese example imported to Canada some time ago. Does anyone have more information about this example? I recall it being on sale a couple years ago?

I thought cars built for Japan were right-hand drive.

 

It is not uncommon for high end cars in Japan to be left hand drive even from new. It is considered a flex to roll like that in Japan. I have an E55 wagon first delivered to Japan and it is LHD. In buying that car I learned about the LHD culture over there.

 

This is what I have come across today on this fine Saturday afternoon. In Yorkville (Sasafraz) I saw an orange Murcielago believe it or not. It was all dirty and it looked awesome. In front of it was the usual 2003 SL500.

On College St. I also saw a friend of mine zoom by in his 2003 bright yellow Porsche 911 C4S.

The ultimate exotic car show in the Niagara Peninsula will take place on September 29, 2024. The spectacular setting of Peninsula Lakes Golf Club will be the backdrop for this event.

This event will showcase Ferrari’s, Porsche’s, Lamborghini’s & McLaren’s to name a few. It has been rumored that the Batmobile will make an appearance as well as some rare and vintage automobiles.

There is no fee to participate in our event, if you would like to make a donation to our charity it will be greatly appreciated.

This is a fund-raising event in support of The Niagara Peninsula Foundation for Children. Please note, we will accept any and all donation amounts in support of this charity.

All donations should be made payable directly to the charity and a charitable tax receipt shall be issued for all donations.

Good morning. I am speaking to someone in Ontario who has a 550 Barchetta luggage set for sale. We video chatted and he showed me the set. Our deal was for him to email me a copy of his drivers license and wiring instructions. Instead he just emailed me his business name, and the business wiring instructions. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

 

Have not heard of the business personally. Would suggest replying to their email asking for the DL photo and wiring instructions once more ? ( just a thought)

 

what city (Ontario is big). I only see that address show up in Mississauga and seems is some specialty paint/coating business.

why not pay with something more secure like credit card / PayPal goods and services. Even if you have to pay the 4% fees it’s probably worth the piece of mind.

For fellow 812 owners in the GTA: Has anyone in the area installed Novitec sport cats, an X-pipe, while keeping stock mufflers? I’d love to hear it in person if possible.
