I have to say, though the focus for the most part is on Mcl and Ferrari, BMW is doing rather well this year. Posting consitantly good times, with good finishes. Given what this team was only a short while again, I have to say: Well done BMW!
well done but Mario had comments . . . BMW motorsport director Mario Theissen thinks his Hinwil-based team have successfully managed to maintain their pace relative to Ferrari and McLaren, which makes him think it unlikely they will be able close them down in the remaining races. BMW's goal for this season was 4th in the constructors. But then Renault collapsed and so they even got 3rd. Basically they can call it a day now. Problem is, that getting any further is now a LOT harder. The next goal is to ge a victory and for that they don't have the power (yet).
