they look good together yo utkarsh....u and me got da BRIGHTEST avatars out there!!! we bada$$$ zEn!!!!
I will be honest. When I first saw the word being used, I was a bit pissed for obvious reasons, and the fact that it is used as slang for the N WORD. After a while it did not really bother me as much. I basically got over it but it seems that people are getting pissed about it. So how about just not using it and then we will never have to see anyone get pissed off and start threads about it again? Works for me!
don't know if you guys are interested, but the first customer Ferrari ever is now in F-Chatter hands (Napolis)
Not sure I understand Zach - did you mean the first "custom" Ferrari? In any event, is there a link - been so distracted with work as of late.
yes, first ferrari ever to go to a customer. It's serial number 002C. If you went to see the cars at Rockefeller Plaza this summer, you have seen it. Its interesting history is discussed here: http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=16284&highlight=002c
a mustang cobra running with 2 CGTs http://people.msoe.edu/~youngs/Videos/Carrera%20GT%20vs%20Mustang%20Cobra%20on%20Autobahn.wmv
I enjoyed the video. Back in 1999, I was out with the Porsche club at Bridgehampton. A friend of mine had a Cobra. I know its hard to do, but lets forget that you get a lot for your money (performance) with this car. On the track, the car is crap. The engine is awesome, and the car/suspension/brakes are sh*t. The brake fade is enormous, and they overheat easy. Lets not even talk about the interior. I don't doubt the guy got it to 160 (if I didn't see it on the video I wouldn't believe it) but, I would fear for my life in a Cobra at that speed especially with the top down. That day I was running a 1997 Porsche C2S. The Cobra wasn't in the same league. It felt like, after 5 hours at the track, it was time to dispose of the car. Not the Porsche. Kept begging for more. My other friend brought his F355 that day too. Another great track car. The Ferrari Loved being on the track. The Ferrari sounded awesome and performed like a champ. That was the day that I realized that I love Ferraris, and Porsche's just didn't do it for me anymore. By the way, my friends 355 hit 145MPH on the straight, and I could only get it to 130MPH in the Porsche.
Did you guys check this out. Guy / girl that owns the Green Murcielago were the same guys that went on the Players Run from New York. http://www.dtmpower.net/detroitweekend/page_01.htm
