Awesome story. I have had a similar experience:

I was dating a girl for a year (first girlfriend) and I left for 6 days to fo to Mexico for Spring Break. I had no contact what-so-ever with her (international calling is a b!tch) and was looking forward to seeing her when I got back. Anyway, I called her when I got back in town. She didn't seem happy to hear from me at all...sounded like a casual "hello." Anyway, to make a long story short, I found out that she slept with, not one, not two, but THREE of my friends while I was out of town. And I found this out the day that would've been 1 year together. Obviously, I was pissed beyond belief. I lost the girlfriend and many close friends. About 2 months later, I was driving and she and her current boyfriend (used to be a good friend of mine) pulled up next to me. They both flipped me off and sped off. The next day, I was driving a yellow Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder (recently got a job at an exotic car dealership) and again, her and her boyfriend pulled up next to me. You should have seen the look on their faces!!!!!!!!!!

My story is the opposite of most stories so far

I just got out of college. I bought a Porsche 944 and was having a blast being young and dumb.

One night, I go into a local dance club and they have a local celebrity signing autographs. One of our hometown girls made Playboy centerfold. Well... there is a line of guys at her table, and after singing some photos, she was chatted-up by an endless wave of guys.

I thought I'd try something a little different (nothing to lose). I spent the night getting next to her, or near her, and not looking at her, I even danced with her girlfriends and never made eye contact with her (my mother and father were professional dancers, and I had inherited a little skill)... so this Bunny finally starts noticing me, as the only guy who wasn't paying any attention to her! And against all odds...I ended up going home with her that night, just a little fooling around, but I got a second date the next day. So after taking a taxi back to the club and picking-up my car, I got some sleep, and showed up for our next date at different club, she was going to meet me there after a radio show interview.

I knew that if I let-on that I liked her, she dump me... since all guys liked her!
So we spend the night dancing and I do my best to ignore her just a little.... the best part- was all my high school buddies were at the club, and couldn't believe I was on a date with the Playboy centerfold.

So we walk out to my car after a fun night of dancing, and she takes one look at the Porsche and says- "I like to date guys who drive jeeps. I was hoping you were the kind of guy who drove a jeep? You look like a jeep kind of guy?" I stood there looking at her, she looked at me, and it was all over. (I should have bought a jeep)

I always knew the shelf-life of this relationship was going to be measured in nanoseconds... but I would've never guessed a nice car was going to be the deal killer

She ended up marrying a pro athlete a few years later. Pretty predictable story.
I did see her a few years later and she was driving a jeep

high school i was a big nerd, asked this hot cheerleader (Kim) for her number, her reply was "it's in the yearbook".

fast forward: my class had a mini 10 reunion, a bunch of got together at a friend's place. I parked my 355 spider right in front of the house, 1/2 hour later Kim walk in the door and said, "Who's car is THAT?!" Everyone points at me and Kim became really nice and friendly...of course i didn't want to waste a perfectly opportunity and had my ways with her...

anyway, before I left the party, she asked for my number to stay in touch and I told her "it's in the yearbook".

as much as the revenge felt sweet, but when I look at my wife, I could careless if any of my ex's ever sees me in a ferrari or a Gremlin, b/c I got the best woman in the world and that's all it matters.

 

I was going to say, "How stable are you supposed to be while you are still in high school?" Tell her to get lost!

here's my story:

I dated a girl who's dad was a multi-millionaire when i was 20 and she was a total B!#$%. She was always telling me how i needed to treat her like the princess that she was bla bla bla, and her dad hated me. Anyway so when i broke up with her i decided i wanted a girl that came from nothing. Found one and we dated for 3 years and got engaged, but she changed. She made me so miserable i would just sit around the house depressed. Finally we realize we were never gonna work so she moves out, im now 24. Now she is trying to sue me saying we were common law married and not only wants half of my stuff that i worked my butt off for and earned, but also wants me to give her the title to the Mercedes that i bought her! wtf! Anyway, i know she is pissed because now im rolling around town in my bright yellow ferrari with this sexy brunette in the passenger seat who used to be one of her best friends. Now she has to hitch a ride to work! Im tired of all these gold diggers who think they can treat everyone like crap and still get whatever they want. Im standing up for men everywhere!

I'll start by saying the Ferrari wasn't mine. That being said, I had a girlfriend in NY when I was in my early 20's. We dated for 3 years and we lived together for a year and a half. I dropped out of college and was working as an EMT. Turns out she was cheating on me with her ex. I immediately left her. Fast forward to 12 years later.... I'm now a dentist and live in Ga. I'm at my best friend's bbq and I make a beer run. He says to try out his "new to him" 355 spyder. I don't hesitate and take it out on the highway. After about a 5 mile spirited run on I-75, I get off the highway. I'm at the light and I hear "NOEL?!" I look over and it's my ex's sister and a minivan full of kids. Sitting next to her in the van is my ex. She leans forward to see me. She literally puts her hand on her chest and gave me a look of shock I will never forget. Her sister says "it appears you're doing very well." I responded nicely and with a smile, "it would certainly appear that way." Light turned green and I made the exhaust scream (I later found out it was a Capistro). I returned with the brew and I told my best friend what happened and he laughed his arse off.

I am going to revive this thread. Here is my story...

About a month ago, I was out for a drive in my 348. I remembered that I needed to go over to an auto parts store in the next town to pick up a belt that they had special ordered for me for the 348. I figured the best mode of transportation was the 348. Now, the town I went to in order to pick up the belt was also the town I grew up in. So, after I picked up the belt, I decided to take a detour and cruise by my childhood home. I had not been by the house in over 15 years. As I got closer to the house, I began to recall things from my childhood, paper routes, bike races, friends houses, etc.. Then I remembered the "girl next door". Tina was a beautiful girl I grew up next to always having a crush on her. Over the years, we messed around a bit here and there but she always let me know that she was attracted to some other guy that either was a bad boy, liked to party, had the fast car, etc, etc. I left my mother's house when I was 18. I saw Tina a couple of times over the years. While she still looked good, she was always talking about how great her life was going in our very brief meetings at a mall or whatever. Anyway, I had not seen her in over 12 years. She had moved away from her parents house years ago. Her parents had passed away also. So here I was cruising down the street to my old house and remembering seeing Tina walking around her yard next door. All of the sudden, I look up and see Tina standing in her old front yard! I thought I was in a time warp. Really strange to see her there. So I pull up in the 348 and say hello. She looks at me in total surprise! I began asking her how things were going. I noticed that as she answered me, she looked very nervous and keep peeking over her shoulder towards her mothers old house. She said she still owned her mother's old house and was checking in on it. Just as I was about to pull away, here came the biggest bunch of rednecks I had ever seen outside of a Billy Ray Cyrus concert! Come to find out, one of them was her precious husband. The others were brothers, cousins, kissing cousins, etc.. He walked up and said "Howdy! Want a beer?". As he offered me a beer, I could see he was in dire need of a good dentist. I must say he really filled out those overalls very well. The extra touch was leaving one strap undone to really show off his latest tatoo on his shirtless chest. Well, in the end I guess she got her bad boy! He had an old Z28 in the driveway that was on it's last leg. The whole time, Tina stood there with a glazed look on her face. Anyway, I must admit that I took EXTREME pleasure in driving away from her as she looked longingly in my direction.

 

I've taken great pride (the few times it's happened) when my wife and I have run into my bitter-let-herself-go-pissed-at-the-world exwife. I remarried a stunning, degree'd, good family, good morals, hard working, good job, girl 10 years my younger...while she remarried a guy that looks like he stepped off the screen from Jersey Shore.

I was dating on girl who turned out to be a psycho-%itch and she always wanted to go salsa dancing with me. We never did. I was always a gentlemem with her and treated her with ultimate respect.

After I broke it off with her.......I was at a concert at the Greek Theatre with a very lovely lady and I recognized the psych sitting somewhat nearby but she did not see me.

During several Latin Jam sessions (Descargas), my lady and I got up to dance in the aisle. We were the only ones doing so and anyone around us could see that we were tearing up the floor.

I am sure the psycho saw me since she called my lady the next night and told her that we were still together....which was simply untrue.

Her last memories of me will be my lady and I salsa dancing under the stars at the Greek.
