The Roma and the 296. Before that the 458. I don't care about SUVs and minivans.

    Just about any current Ferrari.
The SF90 Stradale offers the performance and thrills of a hypercar.
The 296 is, by all accounts, a brilliant driver's supercar. So is the F8.
The 812 series is the epitome of the king of engines, the N/A Ferrari V12!
The Roma is the best GT there is.

PS: It won't be an SUV, it will be a slightly higher riding car.

Some like to call it an SUV or truck in order to disparage a product not yet announced. I find it humorous. ;)

To be excited or not is a very very personal thing. I got extremely excited by the first 12cyl convertible since decades. The perfect car...the "never give away" car. Same with the Pista. So extreme, so pretty (even compared to the 488), I must admit, that the SF 90 hasn't touched me a lot, I like the 296 GTS....but admit: no wow. BUT: and you might be surprised: I fall in love...slowly with the Purosangue. I never thought I would want one...because I thought it should replace a Grand Cherokee SRT Hemi V8. That was just the wrong approach. Now I wait for it as a part of a small collection having a 12cyl...not comparable to the boring other SUVs....just my thoughts.

There is just nothing like the V12 and that is my thinking as well.

    I regret not trying for the 812 GTS…. :(

Good find, appears the FUV is simply a "tall car"...at least as compared to the typical Ferrari car...

I assume you meant to say FUV will be a lower riding car than SUV.

I think he meant it will not be an SUV. Instead, it will be a car that has a slightly higher ride height than most cars - or at least higher than a Lusso.

Exactly what jumpingjohn wrote. That's why I wrote "car" (i.e. not an SUV). :)

I asked an insider who has seen the car one question is it an SUV or a Crossover and was told its an SUV. While we all know its gonna be a very low SUV its not a car/crossover.

I predict it’ll be about the same height as my dads old Chevy Caprice station wagon(shooting brake for those across the great divide) but with a trick suspension-adjustable height at the press of a button- a real SUV? as POTUS would say”C’mon man!”

    Well two things.

My wife was shown the spy shots without knowing what it was and she said oh I would drive that. So guess whose getting the PS ?

If I were driving, it looks good in whatever silver or GT the leaked shots are. But then I’m torn that the F1-75 Rosso would look cool.

Aside from Enzo saying race cars become beautiful when they win, the juxtaposition of the red and black
Elements with yellow accents works as a combination and the wheel wells and rear elements would echo the F1 car.

But the idea of Blue Simmond, Blu ahrabian or aluminum Lucido with CF/ Black accents would be a nice build.

    Plastique999 Bianca ?

We call them "estates" actually. Shooting brakes are a different thing. ;)

Someone may have posted, but will they be making 500 V12 versions?

V12 versions are currently limited to select VIPs. There is no set limit at this point. part of it will be that they will only be able to produce a very limited supply to start with. Then the classic make it hard to get more people want it aka (exclusive)

    OK. Misunderstood this.

Besides having taller ride height, Purosangue has also taller body than in their other models, clearly making it a SUV in Ferrari world. But obviously FUV is a better term as it is still quite much lower than traditional SUV.

No fixed definitions nor actual boundaries for those terms (SUV, crossover) so the insider can say as they please, it is just what the pictures show. IMO it's a tall car more than an SUV. But then again the maerketing dept. will label it as they see fit.

Seeing this next to a Stelvio gives me second thoughts about the upcoming SUV. Maybe I was wrong and a bit too harsh with my critique. I have to admit it does look pretty cool on the road. Not too big, very sporty and loads of road presence. And most important: it will kick the competitors ass without doubt.
    Thanks for sharing :)
