The Purosangue Thread

I might be in the minority with the opinion that the GTC4Lusso is more attractive than the Purosangue.

 

I don't think the word 'attractive' can be used for either but I think the Puro is better lookin for sure.... however, I just don't like station wagons, hatchbacks, SUV's or ANY 4 door vehicle so....

 

And definitely more unique.

Few, if any, cars on the road look like the GTC4Lusso or the FF.

Closest was probably the BMW M Coupe.

 

Agreed. I consider the Puro to be an ‘extremely’ attractive vehicle. While the GTC4 and FF are not attractive at all to me. Different strokes.

 

My second drive wasn’t as impressive as my first.

This had nothing to do with the car it was more about the docile speeds around town that I drove it.

In order to fully understand how good the car is, I recommend a drive around a mountain pass.

Interestingly the pan roof works quite well in on and off mode.

The tailpipes have to be matte black for sports pipes.

The lift kit is not required IMO.

It’s still the best SUV by quite some margin…. The price is just crazy!

we must have missed each other today at the dealership! I told my wife this is definitely not a 600k Ferrari. I am disappointed by quiet it is with the v12 engine. I don't know, I kind of miss my wife's Lusso...

Second hand at 400k may be...

There is no if for me as I definitely getting the car.

I never liked the design for the FF or the Lusso, but I understood there was a market for it. now with the Purosangue, i see no real reason to chose a Lusso. But then again i hate hatchbacks and stationwagons, so that might be the reason i never liked the FF, Lusso, but also cars like a Z3 coupe ive never liked....

i wish i could afford a Purosangue, its the only car you can buy brand new that id even want to spend money on, not a single other new vehicle tickles my fancy (apart from not having the money atm)

Aaron I got a chance to drive it in the twisties and as you say bar none, the FUV handling is beyond imaginable. Te steering was incredibly light I was steering with my fingers it was so easy through the canyons. When the tires squealed, it still felt very balanced and controlled with little to no body roll. The Ferrari Active Suspension Technology (F.A.S.T.), Multimatic TrueActive Valve Dampers sets the car worlds ahead of any S(F)UV.
Honestly, that and the NA V12 are the reasons I’ve ordered it.
I will definitely add 200 cell cats, X pipe and exhaust as I did on my FF and TDF.

I’m assuming the Puro has an OPF like all the new cars, therefore an aftermarket exhaust will cause a CEL. I hope not, because I’d like to do the same thing with mine.
