Sad news... I got the PPI results on the 348 Spider yesterday -- not good. Compression and leakdown were way out of whack. And before someone suggests getting a second opinion, this was the second opinion. I called the owner today and told him I would not be buying his car. So my search continues -- I guess my brand new lift will have to be sitting empty a little while longer. - Eric
Thats a shame Eric. Keep your chin up though mate!! Your 348 Spider is out there waiting for you. When the time comes, you will have yourself a beautiful 348 Spider sitting in your driveway! If you are not going to use that hoist for a while, I will give it a good home!!

Thanks for the replies, guys. As far as the red/blk spider -- I saw that car advertised. It looks good, and it does have the fresh major. But for now, I didn't have it on my "hot" list because I really want a tan interior, and I'm hoping to find a car that's a little closer to home (MD). The nero looks like a nice car and a good buy, but it's a TB, and I really want a spider or a TS. - Eric
Hang in there. I always quote my Momma, "you waited 12 years for that bicycle, you can wait another day". Get the right car later, not the wrong car now. That PPI is good money spent. Bee Jay
Again, be patient. Your car is out there. It took me over a year to find my SS and I wasn't even looking for it! It sort of found me.
