Mclaren used to be king of the pit stops.

Just how crazy is the F1 world when cars are engineered and driven to hundreths of a second apart for qualifying and yet a simple pit stop decides the race ?

If Alonso's last stop was the reason why he won at Monza, he can thank Ross Brawn, and all the drilling with the pitcrew, for his win.

    is Ross back ??

give credit where it's due, the Italian boys did very well, Ross has been gone for ages, this would be nearly an entirely different set of people

Wow. I'm old enough to remember (pre-Brabbham back when pitstops were not the norm) when Ferrari were the worst at tyre changes!

It wasn't long ago that Ferrari were a bit comedic. I think I remember them leaving Rubens on jacks on the grid of Spa.
