Maybe I'm too old and things just seem to have swung too far (well I've felt that way for at least a decade now anyway). The question he asked was "are you available"? Certainly not the smartest thing for a married politician to say to a reporter; and maybe more forward than warranted, political baggage aside, since they hadn't even got to the name stage, but "harrassing"? She said "no" and he left her alone. The reporter's tag line "Being drunk is no excuse to make any woman, of any age and in any social situation, feel like I did that night" is just so much politically correct bullsh**.
