Not sure if it's just my browser but you'll have to click on the header that says "You Tube" in order to open the video in a new window. Good video. He's sold on the 355.
Yup that's my car. Unfortunately I'm still waiting on the damn radio plate haha so I'm sorry for the eye sore there. Matt was a bit off on the engine out time interval and price but overall great video I feel! Yeah and it's not gonna be for sale much longer. I've come to realize my V12 ambitions should be in addition to this car, not a replacement. No need to mention it here where everyone knows but the 355 is one of the best cars ever made.
Great to see. Quotes: "Oh my god this is magnificent." "I need one of these. This is the greatest." Robb
thought the car looked familiar.. not many with those wheels.. had to take the car out for a drive after this vid lol.. I concur on his conclusions..!
Wish he had more comments on the performance of the car compared to others he has driven over the same roads. I've seen most of has videos and he usually has a lot of positive and negative performance comments about the cars he drives. Seemed to him the sound is what made the car so amazing. Didn't really talk much about handling, power etc like he does some of the other cars. I would have liked him to compare to the Porsches or NSX, M3 that he has driven. The car did sound fantastic!
agreed, he didn't really say much about the car other then the sound and a bit about maintenance and mentioned a little about the braking being better then he expected.. still a fun vid, but otherwise it was just a joyride and didn't offer much feedback..
F355Bob, He did mention the roads were wet and he was not pushing it at all. He later mentioned that even at 6/10s he thought it felt great. I really enjoyed the video, seeing a true car guy's real-time reaction to the car was great.
I enjoyed watching it and I still think its one of the 90's greatest hits. To me it looks better than any modern day Ferrari, the design and the overall silhouette is to die for. Love the 80's-90's Ferrari style and sophistication
For those that say sound is not important, Matt Farah seems to disagree strongly! He is also a hige fan of the classic Ferrari gated shifter. This was a very positive review and reinforces that the car does not have to be the latest and fastest to be the most fun, Forza F355!
It is a great video even though he does mis speak about the cars. But, he got a Tee Shirt sale from me
Good vid. Even though they are as old as the hills, they are a real enthusiasts car. And I'm one of the biggest enthusiasts here of the 355. Grazie
Great video, mostly spot on in many respects and you have to remember this is not a car that he deals with on a daily basis (so he is likely to have his own biases). Still I thought the review was generally very positive and honest about the short comings of owning an F355. It was clear that any short comings were so offset by the benefits that owning an F355 was an experience to be wanting (which my personal bias confirms). He is right that maintenance is not trivial on the F355 (for most mere mortals, and not the typical Ferrari crazed SoCal stooges). I really enjoyed the video and thought it was well done, balanced, and reasonably accurate!
