    They didnt. And that's why they needed a new coach since they fired Mclaren. Capello will now work towards entering the World Cup.

    Portugues Jose Mourinho was supposed to coach the English team with a 8.9 million Euro offer but backed out last minute. I still predict he'll do a BIG Italian team (AC Milan) or possibly a Spanish team. 3rd guess would be an English team after his contract allows him to.

    If there is any National team he'll coach will obviously be his own country according to him.

    Nope not Sir Alex, goaltender coach...and yeah it is an amazing experience, luckily I am over here for until the end of the season playin footy, and I got season tickets. Awesome! I have more I will post up later.

    I have no idea why Scolari keeps Ricardo in net. Unfortunatly I didnt watch the game but I heard he sucked. Ronaldo kept things going but everyone else was slacking I guess.

    Dave, do you know where the game was? I wish I saw it :(

    your kindding right ? You couldnt possiblly think that Portugual would have won ?

    Even England winning, could not have been surprised of that win either....its not like this is Superbowl sunday.

    hahah i read somewhere that Portugal hasnt beaten Italy in over 30yrs!

    Englands win wasnt a suprise, but definately needed for Fabio Cappello!
