Rick, you made strong and very valid points about Italia and the Italian culture being how great it is. Although I am always joking around here I DO take things seriously and I always respect your opinion. However, to me you basically ruined your post by cutting up other countries especially Portugal. You mention fashion, food etc. and who would even want to eat Portuguese food etc. Partner, I think you are being very ingnorant. Not going to get into a fact war or anything but we (Portugal) are very rich in history too. Our food is good and yes we do have fashion houses just not as famous. Portugal has alot to offer. Hopefully after we figure out our very corrupt government maybe we can move forward once again. Our country is small but we have big hearts (Not even gonna talk about Portugal owning half the world at one point. Now that's real estate ownership for yah ) I love Italia and everything Italian. I grew up in Italian areas all my life and continue to do so. I have many LONG time Italian friends. (Heck, Giovanni has been cutting my lid for almost 20 years! LOL) Everyone has their point and I respect that. But talking as if Italia is *IT*, does not sound like something that would come out of you Rick. You are proud about Italia as I am about Portugal. Hi R Going great. Off to Elora for sightseeing with a relative from Holland tomorrow. Just too many unavoidable commitments to make the ride although looking at the pictures I REALLY wish I had gone. And I can't make the July one either (nor the track day :-( After July 15 I get most of my personal life back so I will be more visible after then. Car is great, it survived my belt and bearing change on the track so I must be good at something. I know it isn't polishing, have only washed the car twice this year and no polish/wax. Well..........I watched the first soccer game on a 65" plasma HDTV that actually had an HDTV box and working HDTV broadcast...........all I can say WOW !!!! You could see the blades of grass on the field........the most awesome visual experience I have ever seen.....but it was also a $7,000 TV........ Spain is beating Ukraine 3-0 as we speak !!!!
