Sorry Ross, no idea about the cars and coffee meeting. We try to avoid unecessary subsections or sticky threads, best way to get our own subsection is to up the traffic here. Subsections are started for those land specific threads where traffic was high. A good exampe is the german thread, aguably the most Ferraris in europe but zero traffic here, so no need for a whole subsection.
I tend to agree on one thing with Ross, there is a lot of people from CH on Fchat... just not posting here at all.
So anyone in Andelfingen at the weekend? I will be meeting friends with Ferrari and Maserati from Zürich and München, I think I will take the SZ just to mix things up a bit
Would have loved to come to andelfingen... however I am at the nürburgring to work on the setup of my much less elegant car...
Sorry for being late in responding. Last sunday's meeting was moved to the Asse industrial zone, the summer quarters of CCSL when Colovray becomes too crowded (used car expo in this case, other events, the swimming pool). You can always find the location of the next meeting (and photos of the last) here: Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk 2
A link to our coverage of Villa d'Este 2013: pitiful weather (except Sunday) but it is still magical to see these cars in such a beautiful setting. *Link removed by Moderator*
Any 599/GTO owner in Switzerland that would like to join us for a V12 family photo shoot with an F12 and a Maranello on June 21st ? If you are looking to let your engine breathe some fresh air, we have booked an airport strip ... Details through pm. Thanks !
Two things that i know of: - CCSL in Nyon - Monthly old timer event in Zug, dedicated to the 50th anniversary of Lamborghini
Crystal Cove Sur Leman, informal monthly cars and coffee. Sunday from 9am-ish. Colovray sports center parking, opposite to the swimming pool. Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk 2
so i went. lost 4 cylinders somewhere along the way, and limped into the parking lot. tried to figure out what the deal was, with the help of some of the guys there, but no solution. will be taking the car to mechanic this week - hopefully its just a loose connection somewhere. btw, there were no other ferraris there, and no fchatters.
We had visitors. No chance to get to a loocal meet let alone one nearly 4 hours away. Good luck getting the F40 sorted, hopefully something small like you said.
Pix of some of the Ferraris at last Sunday's OSMT in Zug. There were about a dozen Ferraris at this immensely popular event. Was in Zug at OSMT too for the first time, and it's a riot indeed. Tons of gorgeous cars, massive crowd. I have put more than 100 pictures online, too many to share here. Well worth a visit but come early.
