Yeah the website looks great! I went through the pictures from the 2015 trips and now I really can't wait for the Schwarzwald shenanigans to start in April :D

Quick message to say hi. I am based in Switzerland and looking for a F430 or F430 Spider. If anyone is thinking of selling then please get in touch. I nearly bought Antonio's car but the deal did not quite work so I am still looking. Regards, James.

    Hi James

Welcome to F-Chat and to the Swiss section!

I was thinking about Antonio’s car and this was the first thing that came into my mind. Sorry that the deal fell through.

Anyway, as soon as you have found a car, come back to us and our Ferrari Drivers Club if you want to join us on our trips.

This was the first version of our logo which pleased us much more. But since Ferrari has protected the horse and the long line of the letter “F” we had to change it a bit. Too bad.

Nice. I see you prefer the round version. I like the square version better. That’s why we did both Versions :)

I guess those 575M figures were for the Superamerica. Do happen to have the numbers for 2005 ideally with a breakdown between the 575M and SA version? My Coupe #141263 was delivered towards the end of Q1-05 and I know that #141262 and #141264 were also 575M Coupes delivered to Switzerland. Just curious to know but I suspect that my car is one of the last 100 or so Coupes built...

Great to see one important event coming up this year in Suisse Romande!

[The Concours d'Elégance Suisse, Château Bonmont 18-19th June.]

Closer to where I live than one lap of the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza :)

Perhaps Mr Jean-Pierre Slavic will present some of his cars?

Did any of you gents spot the high kms '05 575M F1 that was briefly listed for sale earlier this month?

Looked great but with 135,000kms it was the highest km Ferrari listed for sale in the country!

I had hoped that it would have remained unsold for a while because if I could have sold my 35,000kms car for a good price, I would have jumped at this one!

I am sorry, I don't have the 2005 model details for Switzerland.
The 2006 registrations (these are not deliveries per se, but new vehicle registrations) in that model range were all communicated/recorded as "575M".

In December 2015, a 164'000 km carburated 308GTB has been listed at Autoscout and sold. Looked really nice and was a true drivers' car!
This proves that F-cars can be durable - people are just affraid of maintenance (but this is a permanent issue, also at low kms), and the kms of the historic cars anyway difficult to follow.

MogulBoy - To my best knowledge, there are at least 16 575M's with a higher number than your #141263. So there is a very good chance that your car is one of the last 100 575M built indeed. The highest 575M is #141822 as far as I know.
Superamerica's range at least in the range between #140357 and #147413.
But maybe some real experts like Marcel have more accurate data, happy to learn.

Took my 360 out for a ride today. It has been sitting for the last 4 months or so. No battery tender, I just switched off the battery and covered the car up back in December. Started up in the first try with a mighty roar!

Thought it fitting to take it out for a ride today, as the weather was nice, and today is the one year anniversary of me buying the car. Best "investment" I have every made :)

Looking forward to all the drives with the Ferrari Drivers Club this summer. See you all soon.

    Hello,

My mondial 3.2 has got 175.000 km on the odometer and runs beautifull
The right maintenance and every year new oil with filters does the trick.
I don't understand the problem, because Porsches Always have high mileages en no one seems to bother about it.

Great to hear! It is a bad myth that F-cars can run only up to 50k km!
The problem has been, that the Ferrari factory has focused on improving the service quality for used cars only after Y2K, while Porsche has been proud of keeping all its cars "on the road" (and not in museums or 0km collections only) already for decades. I fear this is the basis of the persistent myth.
