Maybe this guy got his ideas from those video games like Grand Theft Auto. I found a file that had a DARRYL "KIPPER" MORGAN. Kipper could be a nickname, and Morgan could be a last name. Funny that name is found in conjuction with a "Grand Theft Auto" file.
