This has got to be one of the best Red collection that you could own.. Image Unavailable, Please Login
For those of you who dont venture into the Lamboghini section Off-Topic, these belong to an F-chatter called 'racerdj'. From his posts, he got rid of the 360 for the Murcie. There's a photo somwhere of those three and two Red Vette Z06's too. Nice collection!
So close, but not quite: [Disclaimer: I am not knocking anyone's collections here. They are all very nice. This thread is about the ultimate though and I'm just voicing my opinion on essentially the "ultimate pic".] Image Unavailable, Please Login
Those are lovely collections.......but in my mind they will never be able to even touch this one.... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The 308 is still at Lambo of Chicago, but its paid for. Maybe next week it will be sitting next to the others. Still working out the logistics.
I have seen that picture before but who owns all of those Ferraris? I heard Ralph Lauren's Ferraris are worth $40 million. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hi Mike, Where did this picture come from? I have seen them before but never know who photographed it and when? BTW, its hard to value any collection, but if all of Ralph's Ferraris (only) were to get full market value right now, it probably would be in the $40million ballpark. -Jarrett
If you search the archives you will find a thread about RL's Ferraris. That's where I got these pictures. I am sure his cars are insured so he knows what they are worth. I was just making the point that I doubt that anyone has a more valuable red car collection.
Here is the thread I got the pictures from but, there are many more in the archives. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=48217&highlight=Ralph+lauren
Hi Mike, Ralph Lauren's Ferrari Collection is certainly World Class, however, in terms of valuable red cars, not the most valuable. Just the remainder of Pierre Bardinon's Mas du Clos would have more market value than Lauren's cars. There are probably a few others. Nonetheless, impressive -Jarrett
I have never heard of him. I would like to see a picture of all of his cars because the pictures I have seen so far don't look too impressive to me.
I just looked at your site. If he does own all of those cars and at least half are red then I would agree but, I would still like some pictures to confirm. I think you need to update your Lord Brocket list. I read your disclaimer but you should state that Brocket destroyed several of the cars.
Hi Mike, See my post #9 in this thread for a few pictures. He still has the 1954, 1958 and 1964 Le Mans winners, as well as GTO, 250LM, 335S, 330P4, 250SWB, 312P, 312PB, etc. ALL RED! Many more have come and gone... -Jarrett
