Gotta love Australia: “a land of sweeping plains, of drought and flooding rains...” About to float away up here...
Might be a while.....I think they are on a long lunch break...standby I just need to go outside to check if the dogs are still there......
Not quite a Ferrari today but my it’s fun Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Well they are very different cars to drive, the Abarth is very nippy fun and nimble, it feels a lot smaller than a 360 and to be honest I recon it would out handle a 360 through a twisty mountain pass, it’s just so well balanced and accurate steering into the corners, the Ferrari on the other hand feels big in comparison and scary fast but less confidence inspiring due I think to it’s big bum wanting to step out given an inch, I feel I have to focus much more in the 360 when putting the boot in, all that said the Ferrari 360 Spider is a beast and I’ll never tire of it’s bar room brawler personally as opposed to the Abarths happy go lucky charm Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Brilliant engine and chassis plus all the good shocks and brakes, super car indeed Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I love your car John, especially driving behind you, it’s such a dramatic view with the flames coming out of those exhausts and the noise Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Adrian, have you done some motorkhana and track days with your 360? I think you’d be surprised how well it WILL stick around corners... And don’t be fooled by how easy the Abarth makes everything feel, they WILL break out (ask me how I know! not me, but a friend when test driving the car!)
Yep I have had the Abarth step out Karen, it spooked me out enough to keep me in check, as for the 360 Eventually I’d like to get a go on the track but there always seems to be an obstacle in the works, I Do need to commit and do a track day soon, I know I’m missing out and would get an awful lot of good knowledge and enjoyment in the process, fingers crossed this year Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
