    Caught out like Rob with his pants down in Carl’s bedroom.

    The reality is that unless you can see the rear of the car (the boot is longer, roofline is extended, no badging on DB4 and the twin fuel caps), you really can’t distinguish a DB4 Series V and a DB5 from just a front shot.

    Some claim they an see the higher roofline on a DB5 and longer body but I can’t.

    So based on the pics you posted, you couldn’t distinguish a DB4 and DB5.

    So it’s likely that Rob knows the car. Still worthy of praise.

    P.S
    The rest of changes between a DB4 Series 5 and DB5 are under the skin.
