    Yes, by winning in all silver you get the 250 GTO in the classics.

    I would HIGHLY, and I mean HIGHLY recommend buying the DLC if you have Xbox Live. In all you get 7 or 8 new Ferraris and at least 15 cars, I think. I love the DLC packs...

    I've put about 1000 miles on the Stradale in this game, and Live is so great. I have some great Live memories, such as the time I raced in Exiges and after I took the lead the guy in 2nd place stayed less than 150m from me the whole time... I was sweating over the finish because I figured he would draft me but I managed to hold on and win by 3-4 carlengths (on a 14 mile track!)

    Paris pack:
    * TVR Cerbera Speed 12 (in British Racing Green)
    * BMW M3 CSL
    * BMW 645Ci
    * Chevrolet Corvette C6
    * Ferrari 250 TR
    * Ferrari 288 GTO
    * Ferrari 365 GTS 4
    * Porsche 356 A Carrera Speedster
    + 7 tracks

    Long Beach pack:
    Volkswagen Nardo
    Ariel Atom 2
    SRT-10 (the truck, not the Viper)
    Dodge Challenger R/T
    612 Scaglietti
    Impreza 22B STi
    996 GT2 Clubsport
    Radical SR3 Turbo

    May I add the LB pack looks GORGEOUS makes me wish I lived in the tropics... :( the palm trees and stuff everywhere add to the atmosphere. 8 player Live racing in 288s through Long Beach is surely a thrill! :D

    Ok, only 4 new Ferraris but they still rock and the other cars are a great addition. The 22B and SR3 are great additions despite not bearing that signature pony... :)

    Alright my time on Uffizi was 1 :02. 204

    Just to make a wild challenge to all:
    Try Barcelona Circuit: Catedral

    vehicle: Pontiac GTO

    It is difficult to get that big sled through the tightest little track in the game.

    my time was 24.749 seconds

    If you don't have "Catedral" we can use one we all have ( I don't remember what tracks are open before others)

    Thanks for that link. I bought an XBox and peripherals just for PGR2 but was so turned off by the arcade style of it all, that I stowed it away in the closet.

    If Forza Motorsport is for the PC, then we stand a real chance of a good simulation and things are interesting again. Meanwhile I'll drive the P4 simulator on the PC.

    PS: I've seen an ad for a force feedback wheel for Xbox in the UK. That might make things more realistic. Haven't seen that wheel in the US though.

    if the link doesn't work, try searching ferrari steering wheel in amazon.com

    None of these wheels offer force feedback, which is really the only way to tell whether your car is over or understeering. A wheel just with vibration doesn't translate that either.

    However in the UK you can buy the 360 Modena® Force GT Racing Wheel, which has force feedback for the X-Box. Now that's the ticket! Problem is, that shipping it from the UK costs about $ 200. Hopefully one day Amazon will offer it in the USA as well.

    Shame on me... I thought my 7:41 driving Enzo was otherworldy unbeatable...
    Does that mean a TVR Cerbera would kill Enzo on a ral life situation?

    who of you guys used to know the DELFINO FEROCE prior to this game?
    and the question repeats:
    would a DELFINO destroy a 360 in real life?

    differences between PGR 1 & PGR 2?
    is Mc Laren F1 in the first part?

    Just hit 6:45 around the ring in the enzo but was racing other cars, does anyone know a way to drive the enzo around the ring as a time trial not as a race. Also is there a way to check your best laptimes for each car/track or does it all have to be done mentally, I hope not.

    Mine's crashaholic.

    I've tried a demo for Forza, driving the 333 SP1 around Laguna Seca...fantastic! Turn off the traction control, ABS and stability control and its quite a handful.

    What is the deal with the new cars and tracks? You download it through Xbox Live? Of course it costs $ I'm sure! Is it saved on the HD? How and where? I guess I'll have to swipe my brother-in-laws 2 month free deal.

    Down to 6:31 and change around the ring in the enzo, is the TVR really that much faster?

    My record around the Nurburgring in the Enzo is still 6:41, which I got about 9 months ago. Haven't really played the game very much since then. I basically got tired of trying to win medals in impossibly difficult challenges for a few cars that I'm not 'that' excitied about getting (I'm 2 or so medals away from completing the game on silver). The Enzo was really the car on the top step that I was trying to get, although I would like to have the CLK-GTR and Jaguar XJ220.

    Forza sounds like it's gonna be a good game... will have to look into that.

    I'd love something like the F355 Challenge arcade machine, except with 2004 PC standard graphics! :D

    I got Outrun 2 recently. It has a hole bunch of Ferraris from the 246, Daytona, TR spider of course all the way to the Enzo. Utterly unrealistic driving characteristics, but lots of eye and ear candy. Just fun for a quick drive and brings back memories from when I played the Arcade version.

    Has anybody had luck with the cheat codes Tal or Nosliw?

    I tried both as my driver name, but didn't get any tracks or cars. Still working my tedious way up. 4 levels done, 10 more to go. No Ferrari in sight.

    I just got an XBox in October. The 1st game I got was PGR2. I got all steel medals a week later and then silvers because i skiped bronze.

    I got a 7:00 with an enzo on Nurburgring. Is that good for somone playing for 2 months??

    I played the Forza demo yesterday. That game is gunna be really hard. I cant keep the cars on the track.
