On thursday the 25 August 2011 my blue Kawasaki ZX9R reg no .T109RHR was stolen from my home in Luton, it was heavily padlocked. I normally keep it with my F-Car but on this occasion the bike was outside the garage....i just got it out to ride but my departure was delayed so i padlocked it up.

I asked the insuranace guy how the hell do they get the padlock off...his reply....they dont they come with 2 poles put them through the wheels and pick it up put it into a van.

He also told me that some bikes are taken from the garage and cars are moved to get them out....despite being chained down to the ground anchour....so my next bike will have a tracker fitted....it will be missed.

hope you all learn something from this.....I did.

Unbelievable. Any home CCTV of them doing it or are they likely to get away with it?

Sorry to hear that and I hope you get your property back in one piece. It happens sometimes...
