The more I look at it the more I like it. I remember when it came out...I was 12 and it epitomized the future.

The F355 seemed kinda lame to me...at the time.

Naturally I now appreciate the beauty of the F355 but the 348...there's just something cool there. Something that screams 1990s.....

    I'm looking at 348s, F355s and F430 and I'm driving myself a bit nuts...

Good thing I have an R8 5.2 to keep me sane;-)

The 348 brotherhood can help you learn how to deal with your perversion!

It's weird....when looking at a 348 vs 355 they're almost exactly the same yet so different.

355 rear is truly beautiful vs 348 which is ugly as sin.

front and back bumpers are more refined and smooth on the 355 but look more like an agressive race car on a 348.

Side view I feel the 348 has a slight edge cause of the cheese grater doors.

Tough call to make between the 2 for sure.

    Don't bother with a 430, it 's not a real Ferrari! lol

I've always thought the 348 has a better nose than the 355.

Yeah, the 355's front end had a collagen injection, which was the trend at the time. The 360? Full botox. ;)

Same here. It's the least attractive part of the 355. Not that it's unattractive mind you, just not as crisp from a design standpoint as it could've been.

348 all the way. You need to clean your glasses, no way the 348 is ugly as sin IMHO.

Classic looks and good performance, not to mention the sound. Yells Ferrari all day long unlike some of the more modern models. Creature comforts and gadgetry is nice but is that really what Enzo had in mind ? IMHO NO.

In the dark with the rear lights on.

That's when you see how nice the 348 rear really looks

I went 355 because that was just my preference but I will second that Saint Bastage's 348 is a beautiful car. Has the updated rims which in my opinion really add to the look of the 348. Not a fan at all of the star fish rims that came on them. Someone also needs to show you a good picture of those kevlar seats. Those are amazing. Plus I also know first hand he has a PPI ready in hand to show all the details of the car.

ask yourself do you just want to drive a trouble free dependable car ( 348 ) or do you want to always be throwing big dollars at your mechanic (355) for header problems , valve guide issues, top problems on spiders, electronics, etc... i could have bought either and wanted the 348 , i drive it everyday , starts , runs drives just as a car should. put 4000 miles on it this summer, no problems. my friend has a 355, love the improvement in some of the cosmetics, but it is always having some kind of work done to it. $ 3000 here, $4000 there. no thanks. don't mean to offend the 355 guys, just the way i see it, (more than a guess . i own a foreign car service and dealer). buy a 348 , put gas in it , drive it and enjoy it

easy easy I love the 348!

I love everything about it except for the rear which IMHO is horrible. Especially when compared to the 355 rear.

No offense taken, just chatting in a fun way. IMHO the wide butt of the 348 is classic Ferrari.

I felt that way too and still like the 355 better, but in IMHO the "Speciale'" helps in this regards because it did away with the grate over the tail lights. It definitely makes the back end look cleaner.

I love everything about it including its distinctive rear.

Here's a perfect example; not mine, but very similar :)

    A 355 says "Buongiorno senore, why don't you-a take-a me for a drive, eh? Come on-a I won't-a bite. I treat-a you nice, eh?" Wink wink.

A 348 says "Eh, bufone, you tink-a you got-a beega balls? Show me whatchu got-a! An-a make-a me feel it!"
