    Someone I know frequents a particular sight often and chit-chats with these BEAUTIFUL women and he swears by it. Apparently, these women are tired of the way men treat them and are just looking for a guy who will cherish, love, respect and pay attention to them. Now, there are some dogs in this particular site but, at the same time there are some incredibly, beautiful, sexy women and you read their profile and think, "how the hell isn't this woman with someone already?" Even if the catch is that they really do want to marry someone, there's gotta be something else to it...right?

    I knew a girl a few years ago. She and her mom were eastern european and the rumor was that they came over here through one of the "russian mail order bride" services and the mom married the guy as soon as the plane landed.

    I guess if you are married for a period of time the feds take restrictions off of your green card or something. The story goes that right after this happened she divorced him.

    Dunno about the whole thing really, just that an acquaintance did this 5 years ago...he got tired of American Princesses and met a Ruskie online, shipped her over and married her in short order. They both seem to be happy.

    Kinda like what my buddy is going through. he's tired of the, as you say "American Princesses" and he's only in his mid 30's but, wants to settle down with some who he can appreciate and vis versa, without the drama.
