    Does the thermo switch fail out right or is it possible to have it intermittently fail? What temp does it close at? I'm having trouble with my fans coming on and its either that or a wiring problem. Sometimes they work and sometimes not. Trying to narrow it down.

    I had an intermittent fault with one. In fact sometimes it worked, sometimes one fan worked and sometimes no fans worked.
    Link it out for a while.
    if the problem goes away you can be fairly sure the switch is at fault.
