These scams are unbelievable...

Almost everybody in my company got spammed with this a week or so ago. We turned them in to the real Paypal, who knew all about it.

 

Sadly, my friend, Americans really are that stupid. The NEA has made it possible. If you see this, simply click, "delete" and forget you ever saw it. Or, If you have an E-mail filter, set that address to auto delete. I did that to my obnoxious cousin who was sending me political crap everyday. I feel much better now.

 

Please tell me you don't want the answer to that question...

These phishers do have balls though. I was bored one day so I went to a phishing site that I'd received in my email and entered in all the info (with fake info, obviously) and it just went to another page asking for MORE info, and then another, and then another. Once they were done with me, they started to ask as much as they could about anybody in my family, then my neighbors, then people at work. It was crazy to think that anybody would make it that far without getting an inkling that something was up.

The page isn't gone, it's still up. And here's the email addy pulled right off that site, for the jackhole who's attempting this. Eveyone mailbomb the holy living daylights out of this pond scum. Who's with me?

Paypal scams are getting ridiculous, I get atleast a few of them every day now. Its shocking to think that some people are dumb enough to fall for it.

 

I keep getting e mails about your paypal account this and your paypal account that and all kinds of BS. i never had and never will have a paypal account.

When I tried to bring up this page, my McAfee software automatically blocked it as a phishing site. Gotta love that McAfee!

Let's be careful, Chatters. I got an E-mail from a "member" today about my car which I have no intention of selling, asking for details and asking price.
This "member" has been here since 2005, has never posted, and has an N/A profile, yet he visits frequently. I let Rob know about this. If you receive such a phish, let Rob know.

 

Many are... which is why it still makes sense for these people to run these scams.

 

Run 5,000 phishes and you get 600 dopes. PT was right. Americans who stand for nothing always fall for anything.
