    Headers if you haven't done it already. Easier access then. Use Hill Engineering replacement parts if you still have stock parts. Check your tranny bushing, ball joints. Take a good look at all parts that are more visible with the tranny out.

    I would guess rear main seal, valve cover gaskets, throwout bearing, exhaust donuts and maybe even modified F430 muffler swap-in.

    F1 sensor too while you're in there. New throw out bearing springs and end of stroke studs too, along with flange gaskets. Really not that difficult to DIY.

    Consider the flywheel, transmission input shaft seal, slave and master cylinder, and hydraulic lines. Make sure the release bearing is in top shape for smooth releases. Look at the pilot bearing/bushing and engine rear main seal while you're at it.

    In addition to the already mentioned:
    I would also clean and inspect your heat exchanger.
    Check the slip torque on your LSD.
    If your plenum needs powder coating, it's most easily removed with the transmission out.
