I know they are built in CT.
Does anyone here know about them?
    Any info would be appreciated.

I have a 30x32 footer that I've had for 6 years or so. They're decent for what they are, but any thoughts of keeping a car or cars as secure as indoor storage should be abandoned immediately. They provide better protection that no tent, but some water does get through.

if you are planning on detailing your car underneath it id say they are pretty good. If you are considering them for permanent car storage, not so much. Especially if you were not planning on putting down a slab. Concerned over moisture should be considered.

    It's actually for the boat.
I had a contractor make a pad using reground asphalt. It's solid.
I wonder if I could reduce the moisture concerns by putting the entire structure on a tarp?
30x32 is actually the size I'm looking at.
    Thanks

if you have the boat sealed up for the off season, id say no need to worry about the open ground. Not a bad option for a boat.

We had a similar structure at my mothers house with a metal roof structure and square steel pipe construction. Can't recall the name at the moment. Worth looking at.

If you're over a concrete pad with a decent pitch you should be OK. The problem is moisture gets inside, condenses on the roof and drips down from the center metal bar. This happens even in Winter. For a boat I'd say no problem. I've stored modern cars in mine- stuff that should not be having rust issues, and they clean up fine in Spring.
