Well after 5 years of ownership and enjoyment I think its time to move on from the 348 and get myself more into the DSR scene as I have just gotten to addicted to the track and in all honesty I just dont think the 348 is right to have out there weekend after weekend as the costs are to high and I honestly would feel bad balling it up.

So if any of you out there know someone who wants to join the brotherhood with a tried, true, and sorted 348 with a new transmission, wheel bearings, tires, suspension, and plenty of other upgrades let me know or send them my way.

Asking price is in the mid 30's due to the age of the car, the fact that it needs a 30k in the next two years, some small issues here and there with the car dealing with HVAC, and because it is a driver and not a concourse winner.

I am sure any owner will love and enjoy it as much as I have. PM me for more details if interested.

Here is a pic and I have millions more. As much as I don't want to sell her and will be sad leaving the brotherhood its time to move on to something more reasonable to competitively race.

It's a bummer you are going to leave the brotherhood John. Your car looks awesome!! I hope she gets a good home with a new member to join the brotherhood. Have fun racing and good luck mate. :D

Here is some more pictures from earlier this year. I am out of town so I cant get any new ones at the moment but will be able to tomorrow. I'll get some interior shots and what not when I get a chance.

I am a little sad to be leaving the brotherhood as trust me all the guys on here over the years have been excellent. I am 1000% confident that whoever gets this car will get one of the best sorted 348's that should be as trouble free as a Ferrari can be for years as I have replaced a lot of parts for preventative and normal maintainence and in general have just treated this car like its a kid. :)

Awe say it ain't so John. Don't leave the brotherhood. If you want something that is cheaper and quicker to race, why not get a 125cc shifter kart? But don't leave the brotherhood.

I was thinking this is Matteo's dream car also. Hopefully he'll step up and buy it. Seems like a bargain price considering all the recent work.

I think Matteo is on a little forced Fchat vacation right now.

He'll be back in a week or so.

TexFerrari your PM list is full so I cannot send you anymore PM's that have a link to all the pictures everyone has requested. Please clean out your PM list and let me know so I can send.

993inNC I have just emailed you. I make frequent trips to Raleigh so who knows maybe I can see the car once and a while if you pick it up. Sort of like a kid going off to college...sniff sniff. :p

Why would he sell it to a Canadian and never see it again when he can sell it to someone less than two hours away and know it is going to a good home??

The car wont be driven at the racetrack, only on friday-sunday.

That's EXACTLY why he shouldn't sell it to you!! ;-)

This car should be driven more than Fri-Sun. And this car has seen the racetrack and is set up for the track. No reason it shouldn't continue to see the track.

I consider the 3rd stall of my garage a good home. It would feel right at home sitting there under the comforts of a car cover when not in use. Sitting next to a few Ferrari banners in a spot wher another Ferrari currently resides.

Being kept in Concours condition while getting the snot driven out of it on a regular basis.

Yep, that would be a good home for her....

I am just yanking your chain though. I WOULD like to see her stay in the U.S. though. We need to keep all of our Ferraris within our borders!! ;-)

You guys kill me. I will honestly be most happy if the car just goes to a good home. I know there are a lot of folks out there that can take care of it and I want to thank everyone for the PM's. The interest in the cars been a lot stronger than I imagined so hopefully the girl will have a new happy home soon. :)

Quit arguing about who is the better new prospective owner and ante up with the coin! If my bike was sold this car would already be mine! Put up the money! Make it yours! First one with the cash is the winner. Damn.

The cash isn't the question here... there are some issues that need to be sorted out before I make the trip and fork over the cash...
