    Eh. Unfortunately my Dell is working perfectly fine at this time, even though it is over 4 years old, I have no complaints. Maybe one day it will start acting up on me and i'll be "forced" to switch over to the dark side.

    I don't think (but certainly don't know) you'll get anywhere at the online store. However, if you are able to go in to a brick & mortar store I believe the people there have a little "flexibility" and you may get something. Worth a try.
