I think he's pretty conservative myself. He is just trying to make sure that the people here use a little common sense. Posting their admission that they've committed a felony isn't too bright, but more than a few have indeed done just that. To pick on Frank for pointing that out, and advising people not to make those types of errors, isn't the smartest thing to do. He's looking out for the interests of those posting here, as I see it.

While I've never handled a snowmobile case, it sounds like your wife's ex affected the center of gravity when he leaned his fat gut over the snowmobile. And everyone has an opinion on trial lawyers until they need one, and then they call and e-mail us begging to take their case against some company or individual that has ruined their life...a good number of calls and e-mails to me come from Ferrari and other exotic car owners who post here. While I hope you or your love ones never need a PI-tort attorney, if you do I hope you find a good one. Without us watchdogs of our rights, this great nation of ours would be far less great.

I have no idea...could have been someone at the show that envied a car, an estranged wife or even a mechanic that had a dispute on the car he had worked on? Its amazing what people will do when pissed off!

    Hyperflow is the answer.

Having lived with a noncat 308 for several years I can say with FIRST hand experience that there is NO difference between a straight pipe and a Hyperflow except the smell. The Hyperflow no longer stinks up you and your clothes.

I have one and I love it. Plus I don't ever have to worry about the mattress tag/cat police ever again.
