Thinking of selling my F12- how's the market?

    I know the market for all cars is on fire right now, so I'm thinking of selling my F12 (and maybe my '19 tS and 360 spider as well). Does anyine have any real-world examples of recent (in last 60 days) sales for F12s?

    I spotted a 2013 F12 in Blu America/Cuoio with 7,298 mi on 2/24 originally listed for $211k in FL, then the price quickly bumped to $217k. Ferrari Lake Forest snapped it up at full price and listed it for $245k. After two months I finally sold my 430 paid $240k for that F12 which included 2 yr. CPO & delivery to AZ. I still get new listings for F12s - don't see any bargains out there.

    I was also shopping AMG GTR Pros at the time, some listed as low as $170k. Now I don't think you could touch one for less than $210k, with some listed at $240k.

    And what a spectacular car you now have and at just $240k for a car that 7k miles ago someone paid around $400k. Crazy.

    Agree! I bought mine early June with 2210 miles at about 250k$! 'still in honeymoon...

    Great thread. I have a 2014 F12 rosso corsa/cuoio with 9006 miles on it I was thinking of unloading if the price is right.

    Haha. I remember complimenting you on that car, I just don't remember which thread it was in. Gorgeous car because I love CDF. I had an FF in CDF which I sold recently. So it's CDF/Cuoio. How many miles now? And what are you asking? You can PM me if you like.

    Also, per the advice of my fellow forum members (who were spot-on) I replaced the previous tires with a new set of MPS4S, which make the car roughly 10,000% better and more confidence-inspiring. Can't say for certain until I pull the paperwork, but I'm pretty sure the tires have less than 600 or so miles on them. Car is scheduled to go to Algar in @ 2 weeks for it's annual and factory warranty extension. Once back, car will need nothing, and at that point I'll probably actually advertise it. Cost will be somewhere more than 255k and less than 275k.

    Mike - your car is outstanding and CDF is extremely rare for F12. You should get it no problem. As for me, I've found a 2013 car which is pretty similar in equipment, not CDF, but quite a bit less $$$. I think my pocket book will be a little happier.

    Congrats Eric- you'll love the F12- it really is a special car. Do yourself a favor and immediately put the MPS4S tires on all four corners.

    Funny, after you said that, I was checking the pics on the car and seeing if I could see if it had MPS4S on it? LOL

    Also, if car hasn't had mesh corrosion issue factory- fixed, try to negotiate for that.
