    Interesting.

    The 'Brand' on the watch is actually a name: Zaid Mohammed Maktoub.

    The ruling family of Dubai is the Al Maktoub family, and I suspect that this watch was a gift from a member of that family to someone. There might possibly be more information on the back of the watch.

    Other than that, it looks like it might be an IWC, but without seeing the back, and the interior, it is impossible to know.
