Assuming this was real, and the car was in his name, there would not be a problem (unless he stopped paying for it, then the bank could go after him for the balance of what he owed seeing as how he just destroyed their security on the loan). If the land was not his, then the hauler would be needed to move that piece of ****. If the land is his, then it can rot there.
