A Happy Day!!
Beautiful! Gotta love no traffic!!!!
Yepp... The road is open and the weather is fine and dandy ...
Looks like the freeway shots they used to have in CHiPs...or even Dragnet.
I think the next Ferrari Drive should be in this area, at that time of course. That would be just perfect for 30+ Ferrari's to be driving on. Either that or find a road just as good, with lots of lanes.
say, is that a Ferrari you are driving?
Is the speedo broken? I notice it is only at 60mph????
SON OF A...
I am in La Canada half of the time working on a house. I am all over the 2 (on my way to Playboy TV), and in Montrose. Saw 1 (one, uno) Ferrari in all my time here. On the 2 ofcourse. And one in Pasadena at Houstons. Thought there would be more with all the money here, but I guess not.
My FIRST thought as well, should be 160!
You gotta stay over to the left a few more lanes bro. In the second photo, as you pass that one house, it looks like it is gonna slide on to the 2 freeway.
LOL! Thanks, I will keep that in mind next time thru
I'm not upset - just discussing technical details & wondering if anybody has the same problem.
Each time I've had the browser open, then clicked on the link to get to this thread, Opera crashes.
Since I use a tabbed browser, when I re-open the browser, I'm able to see the thread. Incidentally, this has happened all 4 times on this thread and this thread only. Baaaaad mojo, maaaan...
Try Delete Cookies?
I easily maintain this PC like a loyal dog:
Delete Cookies/Files here, there, everywhere.
Disk Cleanup/Scan/Defrag routinely
Been there, done that - visit F-Chat, click on the link to this thread, have browser crash as page loads.
Just wondering if there was anybody else having same behavior on this thread and this thread only.
Its working fine for me, and I have clicked on it a few times
Wax my man, lately i have had issues in opera on the pc crashing my video driver. i love opera, but it is acting weird lately
I recently switch goldfish food, back to Tetra-Min.
Another quantum leap off topic...
Jimmy- I'm in South Pasadena. Next time you're out PM me so I can see your wiked machine (either of them) in action. Perhaps we'll have to do a CC treck? I am without an F-car but will be taking my streetrod down when it arrives from Canada.
The 2 Fwy is very nice!! It can get a little traffic on it at times. I lived in Montrose/North Glendale for a few years right by the Ducati dealership.
If you take the 2 N to the 210 west get off the first exit Oceanview and get back on the 210 going EB through the tunnel...many smiles...expecially with an exhaust.
When I had my 5 litre Mustang when I would go to Old Town Pasadena, the tunel was a blast.
I thought that you were going to have a pic of Jay Leno!!! Haha!
Jimbo, I am around LA Canada-Flintridge in the AM tomorrow, would love to meet you. I head home to Newport Thursday morning, maybe we can do lunch in Montrose. hit my digits 310.617.3080 -Tim
Hey Tim, I'm in Vegas now and will return home tomorrow evening. Good thing I'm checking this board whenever I can.
I got your number and will call when I'm around. Thanks buddy!
(PS: Nice Bike! Red/Yellow? Mono-Bip?)
Jimmy, the 2 freeway is awesome because it hardly ever has traffic. The ramp to go to the 2 from the 134 East is awesome, you can really open it up. Just be careful on the 2 as there are a lot of CHP officers around on the 2.
Are you gonna had boost to your 360? You do know that CEC can do the Novitec system now, don't you.
I used to take the 2 up to Angeles Crest many a time,
and got many tickets there as well. I used to take my GSXR 1100
up to Angeles Crest in the morning, then open it up coming
back down on the 2, did 170 (meters / hour) going back down
on the 2... now in the 348 it's just too much of a hassle
looking for cops everywhere, when going up Angeles Crest...
many people are nice and pull over when they see a Ferrari in the rear view.
bikers salute too.
