LOL, he's technically only using protein as his only "supplement" as in no creatine, etc. I wouldn't call test a 'supplement'.
Some people have good genetics which allow them to literally explode in terms of growth the second they start training and eating right, but this guy isn't one of them. Can't tell you what type of steroids he's taking as that's a world that's completely foreign to me and most likely going to stay that way for a long time, but I can tell you he isn't natural.
Well, about 4 weeks ago I got on Isopure. 0 carbs, 50g of protein per serving. 2x a day everyday I mix it with strawberry yogurt, a banana and some high protein Special K. My arms have noticeably grown and so have my shoulders...I was not getting that kind of progress on MetRX. No serious increase in the amount of weight I'm lifting, either. I try to use good form, so I don't need a ton of weight. Protein from good sources does seem to work very well. RMX
LOL. I thought so too. The thing that doesn't add up to me is that at his height/weight and body fat % he should be far more cut and lean.
