This stuff is good!

I dont know that cleaning products have been discussed in much detail but with a white car you can imagine the battles I fight. The rear of the car around the tail lights, tag, etc really gets sooted up from the exhaust. Road tar around the lower fenders and doors also sometimes get to be a bear. Ive tried the simple green, bug and tar remover and other products and they work pretty well with a little elbow grease. But this stuff Zep Citrus really cuts the road grime. Spray it on, wait 15 seconds and wipe off with a paper towel. No rubbing to speak off. I cant see that it cuts anything but the grime and tar. Summers almost here so its time to start preping. Just thought Id pass it along. Joe

Interesting. FWIW, you should realize that it will probably remove wax as well. So, you will have to re-wax those areas after you use it.

 

I'll look for it next time I'm out. The back of my '79 sounds just like yours, only red & sooty instead of white!
