This years GUMBALL 3000 in Canada!

For the price of entry I think the whole thing is a rip off! I could understand putting out that kind of dough to have a police escort, county to county the entire way with the ability to run your car at your max capability...but to shed that kind of money to worry the entire time about being arrested doesn't seem that great and I repeat it's only because of the cost involved!

OR maybe cause I couldn't afford to go and i'm just bitter? naw I'd buy a nice 2001-02 996 c2s and mod the hell out of it and go to the track, and at the end of the day still have asset instead of a stack of speeding tickets and worry about getting arrested next time i'm in XXXXX state.


However if a certain *cough cough* someone on here wants a wingman next time he decides to do it, COUNT ME IN!!!!

Actually someone in the Lambo section was looking for a co-pilot as his flaked at the last minute and I had one foot in the door and I made the mistake about him giving out some good karma buy letting me join him and he got all weepy and invited some old friend of his from highschool...nice....I guess...no just kidding that was nice of him.

 

I do believe most of the entry price of the rally goes to charity. Sure hotels, shutting down city blocks, flying 100 cars overseas, and all the legal BS in between ain't cheap... but the a good portion of what's left goes to charity. (I think lol)

 

I highly doubt that lol - they run their business very effectively, too effectively for most gumballers.

I highly doubt that as well, the hotels aren't that nice and this is from a gumballers mouth and I believe if you want your car shipped overseas theres extra costs involved.

Total rip-off.

Woops I stand corrected lol. I just remember reading Gumball has their own charity organizations and stuff, so I figured a good amount of their earnings would goto these charities. I assumed that they couldn't charge people a ridiculous amount of money and keep it all for themselves

It all goes into Maximillion Cooper's pocket so that he can fulfill his dream of being the Formula 1 driver he used to be.
