But the black panel at the front is carbon.[/QUOTE] For some reason that didn’t come up as an option when I was building mine. I did exterior carbon for the first time on a v12 and I think that would sense to be in carbon too. Thoughts on not doing it or making it carbon. What’s the $? Appreciate the info…thx edit- I settled on the verde so not sure if carbon makes sense for that or just standard.
They had it at the Demo Car at the factory and I quite liked it. I thought its better not to ask for the price and just spec it... After my dealer sends me spec sheet I will let you know! The pictures are just out of the app, I will receive some renders as well.
I agree on the mirror. This is the first time I’ve spec’d exterior carbon and since they haven’t moved ahead, I can make some changes - probably only add more $$$. I’m not sure they would let me delete anything LOL. Anyhow, I finally decided to add the part under the door and now that I have learned the black panel between the headlights is available, it just seems fitting to add that. I mean at this point, why not?
I have grown to really like the exterior design. It will create a new generational look and be remarked upon in the future. The passenger cockpit remains a design misadventure for me at least. I think the exterior trim needs to be optioned in either carbon or painted. The standard dull plastic is ugly to me. And the trim pieces are large and catch the eye. I think Ferrari should have offered them in painted gloss black as standard no charge.
I got a call yesterday; my car is coming in May or June. That's fast! I'll need to put down another 30,000 euros as a deposit. My first 12 Zylinder. yeahhhh
Hi guys, I am really struggling with the interior. I attach my 4 favourites and would like to hear your views and recommendations. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
#3 But I would suggest inverting the order of colors in the "lower upper cockpit", so that the Beige Tradizione appears on the upper part of the doors, and is more visible behind the seats. As in the image below in Tortora: Image Unavailable, Please Login Otherwise, from the outside of the car, only the seats will be visible in beige, and the other details will be hidden. I would always choose leather for the armrest, as it is a part that is in contact with the arm, while Alcantara can wear out with use.
Going in today to choose colors/interiors - not sure yet what I want to do. Have had Rossa Corsa and currently have TDF blue. Thinking of verde - any thoughts? Also like blu pozzi but not sure how similar to TDF as may keep TDF car as well. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks for your input, really appreciate this. The problem is that you cannot get Beige tradizione there, the brightest Color seems to be Cuoio because of the reflections at the dashboard. Maybe it makes sense to ask them if they can only do the side portions.
The 1st one is very interesting. Not saying I would do it but it's unique and I don't think I've seen it done before.
I carefully considered Verde British, but after conducting research, I determined that, at least for me, it’s simply too dark. Certainly others would disagree, but in dark conditions, Verde British almost presents as black. Even your renders look super dark. I ended up with Verde Abetone which is almost exactly the same color as classic Porsche British Racing green. Here’s a link to a thread where I discuss my 812 GTS color journey. It includes tons of pictures of Verde British and Verde Abetone. https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/need-help-with-verde-british-gts-spec.645401/
My current choice is Silver Argento N. I plan to daily drive and its a color I can live with If you want a "no up-charge color" there is nice white Avus (?) and a dark red Mugello. I have grown to like this shade of red Pozzi blue and Nero are very simialr and negate the styling trim color. Classic red and classiic yellow are also free
The sexy SuperCar Red which was featured on the F80 is not available for any other model! Maybe in a few years time .
Here is my 12 Cilindri Spec. Due to arrive in New Zealand towards the end of 2025. I have gone for Rosso Imola as an exterior colour. On the interior I did a similar interior to my 812 Superfast, but went for red carbon on the interior. First time doing coloured carbon on any car so looking forward to seeing it in person.
