Following on from the "resurfacing" of the Number 1 miura Chassis that is now being restored to minty newness in California,
Does anyone know what happened to all those prototypes that sat at the rear of the factory, they were documented many years ago in a car magazine article showing them forlorn and inhabited by a cat!!!

there are some pics on these sites... but no real news.. has they been restored or are they still sat waiting for someone with a desire for the very rare to come along with a wallet full of the folding stuff?

The original 350GTV is on there that was famously rescued and restored... but can anyone shed any light?

Did this car ever make it to prototype or full model mock-up - the attached picture seems real enough and before the art of the photoshopper took off in ernest.

I've never seen another angle of this exact same car - pic was released to the press some years ago - ever seen a front/rear/three quarter image?

If it could have been produced, I would already have one in my garage, it's unfortunately just a drawing not a prototype !

Yes I agree - it could have been a real seller for Lamborghini - I could have seen certainly coveted one of these had they made it - the estoque is another car altogether & frankly a disapointment to my eye and also a car that will never be made - this had real production posibilities - perhaps badged as an espada with the murci engine & badged as an urraco with the gallardo unit - all front engined of course & trimmed & tailored into 2 distict "flavours".

Sorry for wanderin' off topic - ARE there any more pics/angles of this car/drawing in existance? I have searched for ever so far without success?

The Original Lamborghini (350GTV) was bought and restored by Stefano Pasini and Emillian Auto, and that was pretty well documented..
its says in some of the posts that these have been bought up and restored,so the question still begs...
are there any pics of them now?... anything on these cars?
