The only laughable irony in this thread is the inclusion of the "BEARS" tag in your sig. Now that is definitely a knee-slapper considering their woeful performance last week.

Hopefully everything works out for you Mark, i've always enjoyed your photos on the forum.

 

If I had heard these rumors I would have laughed at the person saying them. Your dedication and hard work was appreciated by many many owners Mark. Whenever a longtime employee leaves a company this sort of thing happens, particularly from the people left behind who secretly wish they could bolt and are jealous.

Just ignore it. Unless it comes from Alex directly, of if you begin to hear it from owners themselves, it's not worth your time.

I called SPE yesterday to arrange to pick up my stock exhaust and was very sorry to hear you'd left the company. However, the time comes for many people to make career changes so I wish you the best

I have to chime in here!! I too have to laugh at anyone making these allegations. I am a pretty good judge of Character and I would not entrust my 400K car to just anyone. You although are one that I have done just that. I am very sorry to hear that you have left. I don't think anyone can replace you. You have always returned calls and put me and my vehicles first no matter what. When you said things will get done you have made sure they did or taken care of them personaly. You have always treated me like family and my car like it was yours. I could not have asked for more.

What ever rumors are being spread I think you did the right thing bringing them out into the open and shutting them down right now. Those who know you would not even believe such things and those who don't can not possibly take a side.

I wish you the best in your future quests and will always consider you a good friend.

I echo Andreas's sentiment. You are a class act, Mark. I value your principles and integrity.

 

Mark you are a very honest guy and I believe you would never steal a penny from any employer. When I bought that lens from you last year you were extremly patient while I sent a money order. I trusted that the lens was in the top notch shape from what you told me. When I got the lens (appeared brand new like you said) I was extremly happy. This proved your honesty and if I have the chance I would purchase items from you in the future and I would recommend you to anyone I know. I hope you get things resolved without any issues.

 

As you all know, I speak my mind:

I have no first hand knowledge of any inter office or employee employer relationship in this case.

However I have no problem stating here that I have had nothing but posative dealings with MARK and SP while he respresented them as an employee.

Regardless of who Mark worked for, or will work for, he has provided many owners with good service and represented his employer well in all dealings that I am aware of.

I am ALSO the first to say here that yes, many a business transactions were completed between MARK and myself as BOTH Roy Cats and CATS EXOTICS.

ALL my transactions were paid with Credit Card payment, in full and in a very timely fashion, like SAME day.

I have never seen any charges that did not reflect the recipent of ALL my payments as anything other than SP Engineering.

I have no idea where this paying MARK on the side comes from...

HE does not have long hair, no titts, probably looks like crap in a "G' string and he sure as hell (to my knowledge) can not dance worth a crap on a Pole or a Table....so there would be no reason in the world to pay him for anything other than the service he provided through Sp Engineering.

I am sure SP will continue to provide great value and services, reagrdless who heads up their operation, just as I am sure Mark will do well in his future.

To all a good life, now off to the STRIP CLUB!!

Ahhh..Don't ya just love the car business and employers who are sore that you left their company to pursue other things? Don't worry about it bro..it happends all the time, but it seems to be worse in the auto business no matter what type of car your dealing with.

Stuff like this will bug you for a little while, but it will blow over soon enough. Maybe a letter from a lawyer will help. The people that know you will stand by your side and defend you and slander the company that is trying to ruin your rep. It can work both ways. In my experiance it usualy works in the favor of the party that left the business.

The only reason I am posting has nothing to do with Alex or the SP Engineering staff. You told me that everything was cool. You gave me no intentions about this plan of yours. You apologized to me regarding how you didn't mean to leave the company and how you appreciated all that I've done for you. And than I get this surprise? You got what you wanted with Monarchy and now you have to bring drama. How far are you planning to take this? You're not a dumb person and you will always know what you're doing. You really cannot tell me what you're doing is totally unnecessary.

I apologize to the FerrariChat community that this had to happen here. I know Mark was great and took care of all this customers. But what happened should have stayed between the SP Engineering staff and Mark should not have instigated to others whether it was true or not. You guys will never see the other side of Mark because he will never show it to you. Mark, you know it's true and you know I would never lie to you. I told you in the past, to turn things down a notch, but your egotistical habit got to you. I'm blown away by your act. This is all I have to say and if you would like to discuss this matter, you should give me a call. I have much more to say, but it's more between me and you.
