I'm looking for opinions of Ferrari of Atlanta as far as sales and service go. I currently live in Charlotte (moved here from Memphis--I loved the pics of the Memphis show!), and Ferrari of Atlanta is one of the two closest dealers to me. The other is Foreign Cars Italia in Greensboro, NC, but I wasn't too impressed with them in my conversations with them over the phone. The person in sales that was supposed to call me back never returned my call, and it took about a week to get in touch with the Ferrari guy in service. I called Ferrari of Atlanta in the meantime and had a great experience over the phone (for whatever that's worth). Just looking to see what everyone's experience has been. Thanks for any help!

I just had them do a 30K on my 355 and it is pure pleasure to deal with the guys at FOA. I could always call or visit Mark (Service Manager) and have him really spend time explaining every detail about what was going on (I probably took way more of his time than I should have). He even called me at the perfect time for me to come over and take pictures. I can't say enough about how great my service has been.

I do like Mark in service. He was a great find for FOA. I hope he likes it there and stays a long time. I have always enjoyed the guys there. I feel like they are a class act. I even like the receptionist. The guys in parts are also really fun. If Steven would just start getting these cars in quicker I wouldn't have anything bad to say. No, Steven is also a good guy and has quit a wit. I don't think you can find a nicer guy than Hugh Stewart. Ed and I are from the same home town and I glad to see him having so much fun. That's a joke, not the home town part. As has been said on F Chat many times, I don't think you own a F dealership for the money.

being pretty much the only game in town they could get away with being pretty bad but they choose not to do so. I've bought a few from them and serviced a few others (not purchased there) and always had a good experience. both sales and service have gone the extra mile for me.

that being said... like most of us, they are a "for profit enterprise" ;-)

...and like any good bar - if you go there a lot, they know what kind of beer you like!

First class operation. NO Bull****.... just a great bunch of guys who love what they do. This is one place where the staff does not change much at all if that means anything to you!

They did my last Major service (A++) and they let me test drive Bobs 599 while I was waiting. (till the check engine light came on) What else could you ask for. :)

Dragster, If you car is a 355 or older I would take it to SportAuto outside of Greensboro. Tom Jones is about the best there is!

If it is newer then take the extra time to bring it to Atlanta.

While I always do my own oil changes and use a local shop in Cumming for small stuff like A/C, brakes, ect...any big stuff like a major service or engine/tranny work I will always use FoA...they do excellent work and they can financially stand behind their work...if you go to a small shop for engine work and they screw up and the engine blows, they would not likely have the financially wherewithal to pay $35k+ to fix it whereas FoA would...just food for though...

I have nothing bad to say about the service I have received. They do what they say they are going to do. No issues at all.

I have known the guys for a very long time and they have always been top notch with no questions asked. I am also looking at a car they have and would pay more from them just because there will not be any issues. (I hope Levi does not see that)

Harold in parts is A+, Marc (sp?) in service is very nice, Ed is a fine gentleman, and who says you don't make (lots) of money owning a Ferrari dealership

Highly reccomend FOA... I've known Ed & Hugh for almost 15 years, and they have always treated me great!

All the staff has been friendly, and in general helpfull!

wish they were not so far away from B'head....but that is my problem!!!

I used to have them do all my service, but now do most of the routien stuff my self, & hope I dont have to see them for anything serious!!!

I would use them, and have no reservations on service, quality... they are expensive, but in this case you DO get what you pay for!

They have a history of treating people pretty well. Way back in 86 when it was FAF and across town in Tucker I was treated to a ride in a 308 (by Ric Schumann). I was just a curious 18 year old back then. That was pretty nice of them.
