Thoughts on two-tone interior

I don't have a problem with two tone interiors generally (although probably not keen in a Ferrari) but more importantly I'm not a fan of that specific colour combo. Black and Tan with red detail stitching? No thanks.

 

Pictured car is not my favorite, but not my least favorite either by a loooooong shot. All that matters is if you like it. The black seat bolsters are the weird bit to my eyes. Dash seems fine to me including red stitching. I wonder why they didn't go for black inserts on the Daytona seats. Seems like an obvious choice for this build and I'd have figured it would appeal to whoever made the other choices in this car.

I'm sure they considered it.

 

I like 2 tone interiors but not this one.

 

seats look gross. i love tan and black is ok but together it just doesn't work.

 

I actually can’t think of a two tone combination that would work in a ferrari. They belong in a lamborghini.

 

You don’t like black/red Daytona seats? You would be in a minority on that one. For me, nothing is more boring than a monotone interior

 

I like two-tone dashes, especially black/tan (don't really like the red stitching), but don't care for the two-tone seats or the door panels. IMHO the two-toned dash should have been complimented with tan daytona seats with black inserts, and solid tan door panels.

 

I think my Cioccolato / Cuoio came out fantastic. It really melds well with the green exterior, and I like the darker upper dash to avoid glare.
I don't give a **** if you guys like it or not, though, I bought it for me.

That looks really good though. I won't comment on the red car.

 

Black and Red interior looks nice.

 

At least it's not brown...

 

It can work, it rarely does.

That one isn't awful but I wouldn't want to look at it every day.

I like different and am open to all interior combos. I have Inchiostro leather with electric blu alcantara carpets. Love the uniqueness and contrast. One of the only interiors I didn't really care for was a predominantly red alcantara interior with some black in a Pista. I called it the "Count Dracula's Coffin" spec.

Now that’s a beautiful example of a 2 tone interior that works!

 

I honestly don't even consider that 2 tone.

 

Me neither. It’s lovely, though. If you were asked to describe it, you would say “the interior is cream”.. not the interior is “cream and black”

 

Seats and door panels on the Rosso Corsa car look bad. Black seat bolsters on brown look out of place why not have black inserts on brown seats. Door panels should be one color black or brown. Get rid of the red stitching too many different colors on the interior. Brown stitching on black and black stitching on brown would be more aesthetically pleasing IMO.

 

2 tone can be great with the right combo - partial to mine. That being said, nothing wrong with classic solid colors like blacks and tans though.
