Rolling road dynos are notorious unreliable and they can be manipulated to show virtually any number one wants, depending on the correction factors they input. That's why they are only good for comparison purposes (i.e. between two different cars, or the same car before and after a modification). They are good at showing the difference, less so at giving an accurate number on its own. For a proper number one needs to use a bench dyno, like the ones that engine manufacturers use to determine the power/torque figure of their engines.
Thanks indeed. I did not know that but I guess I should have when the word "corrigée" ("adjusted" in English) appears on the chart on each measurements (HP and torque)

Just ordered my 296 GTS, still a while before I go in to spec it out but the only thing I am debating as of now is the color. Debating between Rosso Dino Rosso Scuderia Rosso Corsa Thinking Scuderia is right in the middle with a tinge of Orange. Always hard to tell between the samples at the dealership Any insight or advice is much appreciated (even any other Reds that can be recommended)
