Ferrari F8 Tributo recently equipped with the full Novitec Inconel Valved Exhaust System. We'll share more on the installation process in a new thread soon! But for now, take a listen:
It is friggin' smoking at the end of the video?!?!?! What happened? Also the black exhaust smoke coming out especially running up and down the street says it is running way to rich in air/fuel mix.
That car is broken now anyway, after revving like that while not under load. Another trashed Ferrari. Pls post VIN so when it’s for sale, we can all avoid it Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Not to worry, the smoke at the end is due to breaking in the new exhaust, as things are running through the brand new pipes for the first time. Our techs let the car sit for a while after the first initial road test to let things settle and cool down. Everything is good to go with no smoke thereafter.

Yes I would LOVE to have that sound but… I’m not scared of what anyone thinks… I just know they don’t work and completely f up the car/engine…. As we can clearly see it’s on fire as it pulls back in…. Goodbye F8. One less on the road I guess. It should be illegal for these fly by night companies to advertise exhaust mods for the F8- wonder if there will be lawsuits when they all blow up and die and people want to blame the exhaust company and installer cos they’re facing 150-175k bill to replace the engine- plus the depreciation for an engine replacement. Trust me, the day a company (or Ferrari) makes an exhaust that works properly and sounds great for the F8, I’ll do it instantly Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
That is one thing I miss about my Huracan. I had the Lamborghini factory race exhaust which the dealer installed and it didn't affect the warranty. You did have to sign a waiver saying you wouldn't use it on the street which of course everyone did. It had the most ferocious barking downshifts I've ever heard in a car. It scared more than its fair share of people. I miss that car mainly because of that exhaust. No aftermarket brand could hold a candle to it. Too bad Ferrari doesn't have or do something similar.
I love you, bro, but none of these situations exist outside of your mind. That's just the new exhaust being broken in. Aftermarket exhausts are put on all manufacturers' cars every day. Its fine. I wouldn't get a random ECU tuner though, that's for sure.
Yes, the ‘illegal’ thing was over the top [emoji23] But it is true that no one has done an aftermarket exhaust on an F8 without mechanical and/or electrical problems yet. I wish they had but no one has…. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
