Just wanted to say it was nice chatting and meeting you guys today. Too bad I missed Howie and his yellow one.

And thanks again Sam for letting me take it around the lot!

Hey Rich, good meeting you. Didn't get a chance to look over your car. Park it closer next time down!

Never seen a yellow Mondi. I actually like it. It's ready for some Carbon Fiber trim. ;)

The car was originally red. According to Howie the previous owner had it painted yellow. Not sure why.

    Guys,

Not only three 82 Mondial 8s' - - but - - ALL COUPES!!!! All very beautiful, indeed. Notice how Mondial coupes, all models, are rapidly becoming a desired specialty?

Please post more pics in "Let's See All Our Mondials". Your rides are stunning.

    TRICK-OR-TREAT, Hank

Hank, all of the 8s are coupes. Cabriolet didn't show up until QV. Just think, this time next year, my red/tan 82 will probably make the picture...

Great seeing all those Mondis out and about and sharing the love. Sorry I missed seeing you Sam. Hopefully the thought of blasting across the bridge will bring you back another Sunday morning!

So what's next for you guys; your own section on F-Chat?

Thanks Ed for the head's up call; Dave and I were with a bunch of British car guys at the starting point of a Fall rally. I swear that if you listened really well when it was quiet, you could actually hear cars rusting...

I almost bought the yellow one in 02. Not sure why they changed the color, but it was certainly in need of a paintjob.

Beautiful cars guys! Love seeing those 3 different colors together. Was the red one at the Concours in Manhasset by any chance?

How fast did you guys get them up to on the Robert Moses? :D
