throttle bodies synchronization

hi is somebody know the procedure for synchronize the throttle bodies on a f355 1996 the shop manuel is not clear can someone have the procedure which screw is for the by pass and how much of screw 1 per throttle bodies that i have to close and which screw i have to turn first etc

 

i forgot to say that i know i have to disconnect the idle valve , the o2 sensor before and the engine most be at running temperature

 

finnaly i bought 2 motion pro sync tool and i synchronize the throttle bodies i have i smooth idle ,better reponse of the throttle and that for 180$ much better than ferrari dealer at 800$
