    Hi,

I am going to be in Paris for business the week of the grand prix in Monte Carlo. I am planning on going over to Monte Carlos on Sat and Sun for qualifying and the race. I will be staying at the Radisson in Nice and taking train to Monaco.

I looked at GPTours and tickets are about $400 each for sat and $750 for sun.

Question: What is the possibility of getting tickets on Sat morning (for qualifying) and Sun morning (for race) at a cheaper rate? Is it worth taking the risk by waiting till last minute to get tickets?

    Any info would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Sunit

I don't know if GPT is marking the tickets up, but as of a day or so ago you could still buy direct from the Automobile Club de Monaco website, so give that a try- www.acm.mc
Obviously the economy is hurting even venues like this- I've been going to this race everye year since '92 and never seen tickets so readily available this close to race week.

I second that. If anything happens to your ticket Automobile Club de Monaco is right there to look it up on their computer and replace it. They are very good to work with. If you arrive without a ticket there are vendors on the street (scalpers) that offer you an alternative, if you want to risk it.

Thx for the information. I will check out the acm.mc site.
